ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. By accessing or using the services provided by C & G Discounts Corporation DBA CountryISP.com (hereinafter referred to as “CountryISP.com”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use CountryISP.com’s services. All information presented on this website is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

1. SERVICE ELIGIBILITY AND COVERAGE

1.1 By accepting these Terms, you affirm that your address is located within an adequate coverage area. CountryISP.com reserves the right to decline processing your order should your location fall outside of serviceable areas. Coverage verification can be requested through the Contact Us section of our website.

1.2 Due to variations in location, land terrain, building structures, and transmission frequencies, CountryISP.com cannot guarantee specific data speeds. Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis without guarantees of specific upload/download speeds or latency. Service speeds may vary considerably, ranging from approximately 1Mbps to 1000Mbps, depending on location and other factors.

1.3 You acknowledge having read and agreed to our data usage policies as detailed on the Eligibility and Coverage page.

2. EQUIPMENT AND DELIVERY

2.1 Your package will include a ready-to-use SIM card containing a 19-digit identification number that will be required for future service references or activation requests. The package will contain all necessary information and instructions to facilitate the activation process.

2.2 Delivery timeframes for orders may range from one (1) to eight (8) business days. CountryISP.com does not guarantee specific delivery times and does not process shipments during weekends or on federal holidays.

3. BILLING AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Services provided by CountryISP.com are prepaid and non-prorated.

3.2 Activation and shipping fees are non-refundable and are excluded from our seven (15) day return policy.

3.3 You are required to review the Billing Policies located on the Choose a Plan page.

3.4 Service is provided on a month-to-month or multi-month prepaid basis. Customers may elect to discontinue or restart service at any time. However, reactivation requests received after service suspension will incur a Reactivation Fee and may require the purchase of a new SIM card.

3.5 All advertised offers are exclusively for first-time buyers (one per household), and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.6 CountryISP.com’s service is subject to the network operator’s terms and conditions. Certain plans may be network managed to maintain cost efficiency and network sustainability.

3.7 Requests to cancel automatic payment arrangements (“Autopay”) must be submitted in writing via a service ticket no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled payment of your billing cycle. Cancellation requests received after this deadline will be processed in the subsequent billing cycle, and no refund will be issued.

3.8 Customers are responsible for the timely payment of service plans and associated fees. Failure to remit payment will result in service interruption and eventual termination. Reinstatement of terminated service will require the creation of a new account and payment for new service, including but not limited to a new SIM card, activation fee, and shipping fee.

3.9 Customers are responsible for reporting any billing errors and for paying all outstanding balances, including a $15.00 late fee or any other fees related to late payments resulting from failure to comply with these requirements.

3.10 Customers who utilize in excess of 300 GB of data in a monthly period may be subject to an excessive usage fee. Additional blocks of data could be assessed to customers’ account in the amount of 50 GB blocks at a rate of $25.00 per block.

4. AUTOPAY DISCOUNT PROGRAM

4.1 The Autopay discount program is designed to reward customer loyalty. Participants receive preferential pricing in exchange for timely payments and continued service utilization.

4.2 Customers who opt into the Autopay discount program agree to make a minimum of two (2) automatic payments, which may be applied to identical or different service plans.

4.3 Should a customer elect to discontinue service after the expiration of the trial period but having made only one payment, such customer shall forfeit eligibility for the Autopay discount and will be required to remit the difference between the discounted rate paid and the standard non-discounted rate for the same service plan.

5. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

5.1 CountryISP.com offers a seven (15) day money-back guarantee on unlimited data plans purchased through our online store and a thirty (30) day guarantee for physical products purchased at regular price, commencing on the date of order delivery.

5.2 The seven (15) day Satisfaction Guarantee period begins on the date you receive your order. Within this fifteen (15) day period, you must generate a service ticket to request a return or cancellation of service.

5.3 Equipment must be returned in its original packaging or suitable protective packaging, at your expense, within ten (7) days after issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After expiration of the fifteen (15) day satisfaction guarantee and thirty (30) day equipment in-store warranty period (for devices purchased at regular price), no refunds will be offered and no returns will be accepted.

5.4 All refund and return requests must be initiated by the account holder/subscriber by creating a Service Ticket from their dashboard. Returns must be postmarked no later than seven (7) days after the RMA was issued to be accepted and must include all original accessories, packaging, and gifts, if applicable.

5.5 All returned items will undergo inspection; a restocking fee will apply if the device exhibits signs of use, damage or scratches.

5.6 CountryISP.com will issue a refund for the cost paid for the Product or Service, excluding shipping charges and any transaction fees charged by Kickstarter/Indiegogo, Stripe, or similar payment processors. SIM card costs are non-refundable.

5.7 All returned products should be in new condition and should include original packaging and accessories. Partial refunds issued for promotional plans will be calculated based on current regular rates and are not guaranteed.

5.8 PayPal transactions are limited to orders under $300.00 and must be shipped to the billing address. Orders paid with PayPal that do not comply with this policy will be automatically canceled, and payment will be refunded minus any transaction fees incurred during the purchase.

6. LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE

6.1 CountryISP.com grants you permission to temporarily download one (1) copy of materials from its website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This license does not constitute a transfer of title and under this license, you may not:

a) Modify or copy the materials; b) Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); c) Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on CountryISP.com’s website; d) Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or e) Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

6.2 CountryISP.com reserves the right to terminate this license if any of the restrictions outlined above are violated. Upon termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

7.1 All materials on CountryISP.com’s website are provided on an “as is” basis. CountryISP.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7.2 CountryISP.com does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this website.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

8.1 In no event shall CountryISP.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CountryISP.com’s website, even if CountryISP.com or a CountryISP.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8.2 Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

9. REVISIONS AND ERRATA

9.1 The materials appearing on CountryISP.com’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. CountryISP.com does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. CountryISP.com may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. CountryISP.com does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

10. EXTERNAL LINKS

10.1 CountryISP.com has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by CountryISP.com of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

11. PROHIBITED USES

11.1 CountryISP.com’s data service is provided for end users for personal or home use only. Reselling or distributing the service, whether for payment or free of charge, is strictly prohibited. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, free guest Wi-Fi, paid hotspot networks, public sharing, etc.

11.2 CountryISP.com reserves the right to terminate any account demonstrating higher-than-normal usage, and no refund will be offered in such circumstances.

12. ABUSE AND FAIR USE POLICY

12.1 As an authorized reseller for the three largest mobile service providers in the country, CountryISP.com must implement measures to prevent abuse of their service, particularly to avoid network congestion.

12.2 The carriers provide alerts when they detect unusually high data usage. Additionally, CountryISP.com’s system monitors client behavior and flags accounts with unusually high data consumption.

12.3 When possible, CountryISP.com will attempt to notify users with a usage warning. If no improvement is observed or if the account is suspended by the carrier, such accounts may be terminated without eligibility for a refund.

12.4 Users with data-capped plans who exceed their contracted monthly allowance will be automatically upgraded to the next superior service plan, and the price difference will be charged to the account.

13. DISPUTES

13.1 CountryISP.com encourages clients to contact customer service regarding any issues prior to initiating a payment dispute. In the event of an unjustified dispute or returned payment, CountryISP.com reserves the right to collect a reasonable return payment fee to cover merchant and bank expenses.

14. ROAMING

14.1 CountryISP.com does not offer roaming services for its internet wireless service. Customers should maintain their roaming feature in the “off” position to avoid roaming charges, which may be as high as $5.00 per MB, depending on the destination.

14.2 If roaming charges are incurred, such charges will be assessed in the next billing cycle or the equivalent of those charges will be deducted from the prepaid balance.

15. SHIPPING INSURANCE

15.1 All shipped orders are fully insured against non-delivery/receipt that may be due to any external cause while in the care, custody, or control of the United States Postal Service (USPS) or private parcel carriers during transit from CountryISP.com’s premises to locations within the United States of America (including its possessions and trusts).

15.2 This insurance coverage does not extend to damaged items or loss occurring after safe delivery.

16. REWARD POINTS AND REFERRAL PROGRAM

16.1 Credits earned from the “Reward Points” and “Referral” programs can only be redeemed for physical products from CountryISP.com’s online store and cannot be applied toward service payments.

16.2 For every $10.00 spent (excluding shipping or tax), one (1) reward point is earned. Points will be redeemed according to your redemption level; please refer to your “Reward Points” page for details.

16.3 A minimum number of points is required for redemption. Points expire after twelve (12) months of issuance. Contact us for more information.

16.4 “Reward Points” and “Referral Earnings” have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Point redemption may be interrupted or discontinued without prior notice.

17. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

17.1 CountryISP.com may revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this website signifies your agreement with the current Terms and Conditions.

18. PRICING, DISCOUNTS, AND OFFERS

18.1 CountryISP.com, at its sole discretion, may modify or discontinue any product or service offered on its website, including but not limited to: descriptions, prices, discounts, service plans, or any other aspect of their offerings, in whole or in part, without advance notice.

18.2 CountryISP.com reserves the right to cancel any special discount or offer that a customer has received if that discount has been improperly utilized.

19. GOVERNING LAW

19.1 Any claim relating to CountryISP.com’s website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

20. SEVERABILITY

20.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

21.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between CountryISP.com and you in relation to your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
